About FairSalvage

FairSalvage is a UK service for people whose vehicles have been declared, or may shortly be declared, a total loss by their motor insurer.

When a vehicle is written off, owners are often given a settlement figure and, in some cases, the option to keep the vehicle for a deduction. Those figures can be difficult to given, then talk you through what we see. You can come to us at any stage — waiting on your insurer, holding a settlement, before or after asking about keeping the vehicle, or once collection has been arranged.

Every submission is reviewed by a person. We don't provide automated valuations and we don't publish estimates before we've looked at the vehicle.

FairSalvage provides information relating to written-off vehicles and may offer to purchase suitable vehicles. We are not your insurer, loss assessor or legal representative. Submitting a vehicle does not guarantee an offer and you are under no obligation to sell.
